Notarize Freedom-of-Information disclosure requests on-chain, and let citizens support them with tips.
Every record is signed by your own wallet (no server-side signing).
Recorded on Base Sepolia as a tamper-proof EAS attestation.EASで改ざん不可能な証明としてBase Sepoliaに記録します
Every notarized request gets its own public Case page — that's where tips, reactions, and sharing happen, not here.
Notarize a request above and you'll get a link to its Case page. Share that link — not this homepage — so people see exactly what was requested before they support it.
Optional feature for organizations (NPOs, citizen ombudsman groups) that want a public name. Individual requesters never need this.NPO
Once registered, you'll appear on the leaderboard as "label.npo.disclosureproof.eth". This is our own contract, deployed on Base Sepolia, that follows ENSv2's L2-registry pattern (a contract mapping label → owner) — it is not a registration on ENS Labs' official ENSv2 Namechain. 登録すると「ラベル.npo.disclosureproof.eth」の形でリーダーボードに表示されます。
